Restaurant Manager | Upscale Casual Dining

$75,000 – $85,000 Base Salary + Bonus

We are partnering with a rapidly growing upscale casual restaurant group seeking a hands-on Restaurant Manager to join its leadership team.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily restaurant operations while ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
• Coach, train, and develop Front-of-House and Back-of-House team members.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety.
• Support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and labor management initiatives.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and ongoing employee development.
• Partner with senior leadership to drive operational excellence.
• Create a positive, energetic, and accountable team culture.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Experience in a full-service restaurant environment with annual sales volumes of $3 million or greater.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Able to train in Charlotte for 6-8 weeks
• Proven history of career progression and employment stability.
• Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Comfortable supporting both Front-of-House and Back-of-House operations.
• High-energy, hands-on leadership style.
• Desire to build a long-term career with a growing restaurant organization.
