- 5 years of restaurant experience
- Has managed 2million plus in sales
- Adaptable with a can-do attitude
- Organized & a strong problem solver

- Create an environment that is positive, productive & fun to work in
- Expert in labor, food & Profit and Lost Budget
- Ensure team members are executing at the highest level for the guest experience
- Be a true leader, coach, and mentor
