We are seeking an experienced Managing Partner / General Manager to lead a high-volume, full-service restaurant. This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on hospitality leader who builds strong teams, creates accountability, and drives operational and financial performance.
What You’ll Do
- Lead all aspects of daily restaurant operations
- Develop, coach, and lead management and hourly teams
- Create a culture of accountability and consistent execution
- Maintain a strong floor presence and focus on the guest experience
- Manage financial performance, including P&L, labor, and cost controls
- Maintain high standards for food, beverage, service, and operations
- Develop and execute plans to drive sales and profitability
What We’re Looking For
- General Manager or Managing Partner experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
- Polished, upscale, or fine dining experience
- Strong P&L and financial management experience
- Proven success developing and leading restaurant teams
- Hands-on leadership style with a strong floor presence
- Strong operational, organizational, and communication skills
- Track record of driving sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
