What You'll Do
- Lead the front-of-house operation with a relentless focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Create memorable dining experiences by ensuring every guest receives attentive, personalized service
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members while building a positive, high-performing culture
- Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to company standards
- Monitor service quality, cleanliness, food presentation, and operational excellence
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and a hospitality-first mindset
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and ongoing employee development
- Maintain labor, productivity, and service goals while supporting overall restaurant profitability
- Partner closely with the culinary team to deliver a seamless guest experience

- Management experience in a quality, full-service restaurant
- Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
- High-energy, hands-on leadership style with the ability to inspire and motivate others
- Strong communication, coaching, and team-building skills

Preferred Experience
- Experience with polished casual, upscale casual, or chef-driven restaurant concepts
- Proven success leading service teams and developing future leaders
- Strong understanding of hospitality standards, guest recovery, and operational excellence
