Join a high-end window treatment & designer based in Ocean City, MD – seeking an experienced Lead Window Treatment Installer to provide service & installations to customers along the eastern shore. This role is ideal for someone with a strong construction, carpentry, or installation background who enjoys working independently, mentoring others, and delivering exceptional customer service.

To ensure installations are completed accurately and on schedule by lead and managing daily installation projects for window treatments, including:

• Plantation shutters
• Blinds
• Shades
• Motorized shades
• Draperies and hardware

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, carpentry, finish carpentry, cabinetry, remodeling, or professional installation required.
• Previous window treatment installation experience is highly preferred but not required.
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math calculations accurately.
• Experience using drills, saws, levels, and other hand and power tools.
