A well-established mechanical contractor is seeking an experienced Plumbing Division Manager to lead and grow its plumbing operations. This is an outstanding opportunity for a proven leader with a strong background in commercial plumbing construction who is looking to make a significant impact within a growing organization.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing large commercial plumbing projects while leading field operations, project teams, estimating, scheduling, and client relationships. This individual will play a key role in driving operational excellence, developing talent, and supporting continued growth throughout the region.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and direction for the Plumbing Division, including project management, field operations, and business development.
  • Oversee multiple commercial plumbing projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Manage project financials, forecasting, budgets, labor planning, and overall profitability.
  • Develop and mentor project managers, superintendents, and field personnel.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, general contractors, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Collaborate with estimating, purchasing, and executive leadership to support strategic growth initiatives.
  • Promote a culture focused on safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Preferred Experience & Qualifications

  • 10+ years of commercial plumbing construction experience.
  • Leadership experience managing project teams and field operations.
  • Strong background in estimating, scheduling, forecasting, and financial management.
  • Experience overseeing large-scale commercial plumbing projects.
  • Master Plumber License strongly preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Stable work history with demonstrated career progression.
