A premier mountain resort is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Group Sales Manager to grow group business and deliver exceptional client experiences located in the NC Mountains. This role combines strategic sales execution with high-touch hospitality, requiring a professional who can build lasting relationships, secure new business, and ensure flawless coordination from inquiry through event execution. The ideal candidate is polished, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating memorable experiences for guests and groups.
Group Sales Manager Compensation and Benefits
- 10-15k yearly commission bonus

Group Sales Manager Requirements and Qualifications
- Previous sales experience within a hotel, resort, conference center, or hospitality environment
- Proven ability to develop client relationships and generate group business
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Experience preparing proposals, contracts, and coordinating event details with multiple departments
Group Sales Manager Preferred Background and Skills
- Experience in luxury, upscale, or destination resort hospitality
- Track record of achieving sales goals and growing group revenue
- Familiarity with CRM, sales, and property management systems
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
