Our client is a National integrated architecture, design, and strategy firm looking for a Business Development Leader to drive and oversee their company strategy for their hospitality client division. This includes developing and implementing market growth strategies that capture market share, optimize existing client relationships, and maximize the firm’s profitability. 

Architectural Business Development Practice Leader – Hospitality Benefits and Compensation

  • Fully remote position
  • Base salary of $150-190k + commission
  • Medical/Dental/Vision/Retirement
  • PTO, Vacation

Architectural Business Development Practice Leader – Hospitality Responsibilities

  • Ownership of the business development strategy for the hospitality division.
  • Implement the hospitality business development to drive business
  • Capture market share while maximizing current client relationships.
  • Represent the organization nationally as a thought leader in hospitality design.
  • Have a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and how to win.
  • Collaborate throughout the firm to increase capabilities while maximizing productivity.
  • Develop pricing strategies that optimize organizational profitability.

Architectural Business Development Practice Leader – Hospitality Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design
  • 5+ years of business development experience for an architectural design firm
  • Must have hospitality project experience
  • 5+ years of management and full P&L experience
  • 2+ years of experience with the development of hospitality design projects
