Our client, a woman-owned IT Consulting firm in business for over 25 years, is looking to hire an experienced IT Staffing Selling Manager in the Charlotte Metro area.

Recruiter Requirements & Qualifications:

Min. 5 years IT staffing sales experience.
Proven track record acquiring new clients/logos and/or developing new business within existing accounts.
Highly earnings motivated
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Strong sense of urgency
Ability to help build, coach & mentor a sales team.

Preferred Background & Skills:

IT Staffing Agency experience
Experience selling in the Charlotte Metro area.
Focus on relationship-based, direct contact with managers, non-MSP business.
