A residential treatment program serving adolescents is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to lead all nursing operations and ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate care. This role provides strategic and operational leadership for the nursing department while partnering closely with clinical and executive leadership to support positive outcomes for youth and families. The ideal candidate is a strong nursing leader with experience in behavioral health or residential care, a commitment to regulatory excellence, and a passion for developing high-performing teams.

Director of Nursing Requirements and Qualifications
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- 5+ years of nursing leadership experience, including management or director-level responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of medication management, healthcare compliance, and nursing operations
- Proven ability to lead, develop, and retain nursing teams while maintaining high standards of care
Director of Nursing Preferred Background and Skills
- Experience in behavioral health, residential treatment, psychiatric, or adolescent healthcare settings
- Familiarity with state licensing standards, accreditation requirements, and quality improvement initiatives
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support comprehensive treatment planning
- Strong leadership, communication, and crisis management skills
