Our client is a modern boutique business law and commercial litigation firm that is seeking a Senior Associate / Lead Attorney to join its rapidly growing team.
This is a fully remote opportunity based out of the Charlotte metro area focused on sophisticated commercial litigation matters involving businesses, entrepreneurs, executives, and business owners.

Responsibilities
- Independently manage commercial litigation matters
- Handle depositions, motions, hearings, and court appearances
- Maintain direct client relationships
- Supervise junior attorneys
- Collaborate with firm leadership on litigation strategy
- Participate in business development and networking efforts
Qualifications
- North Carolina bar admission required
- Approximately 5+ years of litigation experience preferred
- Strong commercial litigation background
- Deposition and courtroom experience
- Ability to independently manage cases
- Entrepreneurial mindset and strong communication skills
- Comfort working in a fully remote environment
