Immigration Law Firm | Full-Time | Remote

A growing immigration law firm is seeking three Remote Bilingual Receptionists to join its client intake and communications team. This role is ideal for someone who is compassionate and detail-oriented and who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Answer incoming calls from current and prospective clients
- Communicate professionally in both English and Spanish
- Route calls to the appropriate team members
- Schedule consultations and appointments
- Take detailed and accurate messages
- Enter the caller information into the firm's case management system
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining confidentiality
- Support the legal team with general administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Previous experience in a call center, virtual receptionist, customer service, medical office, or legal office preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Comfortable working with multiple computer systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet home office
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
