General Manager Club

A well‑established, upscale hospitality venue in Houston is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a high‑volume, late‑night operation with a strong beverage focus. The ideal candidate is a polished operator with experience in elevated, high‑energy environments that blend dining, entertainment, and late‑night service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all front‑of‑house operations during open hours (Wednesday–Saturday)
  • Maintain a strong presence during peak late‑night periods
  • Oversee cost control, labor management, scheduling, and P&L performance
  • Build, train, and develop a high‑performing team, including an AGM
  • Ensure a safe, controlled, and elevated guest experience
  • Manage vendor relationships, deliveries, and administrative tasks throughout the week
  • Uphold brand standards and maintain a polished, professional environment

What We’re Looking For

Must‑Have Experience:

  • Nightlife or late‑night operations management
  • High‑volume, beverage‑driven concepts
  • Full‑service restaurant leadership (not bar‑only)
  • VIP or high‑profile guest handling
  • Strong financial acumen (COGS, labor, inventory, P&L)
  • Experience managing $3M–$5M+ annual revenue
  • Leadership of FOH + bar teams

Preferred Experience:

  • Hybrid restaurant‑lounge or supper‑club style environments
  • Upscale or image‑sensitive hospitality settings
  • Familiarity with Houston’s hospitality market

Compensation & Benefits

  • $80,000–$85,000 base salary
  • 10–12% performance bonus tied to operational KPIs
  • Optional health stipend for qualified candidates
