What You’ll Do:

• Partner with the Executive Chef to lead daily kitchen operations in a high-volume, scratch-driven environment
• Inspire, train, and develop a strong culinary team while maintaining a positive, professional culture
• Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation across every dish
• Manage ordering, inventory, and cost controls to hit financial targets
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and organization

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of Sous Chef or strong Jr. Sous experience in an upscale or high-volume restaurant
• A hands-on leader who thrives on the line and leads by example
• Strong understanding of kitchen systems, food cost, and team development
• Passion for bold, flavorful cuisine and a commitment to excellence
• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced Philly dining scene
