Entertainment Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in FEC (Family Entertainment Center) management or a related role.
- Required state alcohol-server and Manager ServSafe Certification.
- Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of managing teams effectively.
Entertainment Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Entertainment Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of in-house gaming and attractions.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue and enhance guest engagement through promotions and special events.
- Ensure the cleanliness, maintenance, and functionality of gaming equipment, coordinating repairs as necessary.
- Hire, train, and supervise staff, providing ongoing support to maintain high customer service standards.
- Monitor inventory levels for redemption prizes and supplies, ordering replenishments as needed.
- Analyze sales and attendance data to identify trends and adjust strategies to meet business objectives.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to enhance the guest experience.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards, maintaining a safe environment for guests and team members.
