General Manager Responsibilities:

Take a leading role in Sales and Revenue Management
Be hands-on and willing to step in where-ever and whenever needed
Strive to be the market leader in Rate and Occupancy
Hire, Train, and Maintain a Hotel team that delivers impeccable service
Constantly strive for the top position in Guest Service Index ratings
Handle all administrative duties as required

General Manager Qualifications:

5 years of previous experience in Hotel Management, at branded properties.
Significant Experience as a supervisor or manager
Familiarity with CRM and PMS platforms
P&L analysis skills, budget production, forecasts etc.
Strong leadership qualities
