Senior General Manager – Upscale Dining

The Role

The Senior General Manager will oversee all front-of-house operations, ensuring the restaurant delivers an extraordinary hospitality experience while maintaining strong operational and financial performance.

You will lead a passionate team of hospitality professionals and work closely with culinary leadership to create an environment where service and cuisine operate in perfect harmony.

Key Responsibilities

Lead all front-of-house operations and service execution
Develop, mentor, and inspire a high-performing hospitality team
Ensure service standards reflect the highest level of professionalism and attention to detail
Oversee financial performance including labor management, cost control, and revenue growth
Maintain strong relationships with guests, VIP clientele, and community partners
Collaborate with culinary leadership to ensure seamless service flow and guest satisfaction
Drive operational excellence while preserving a culture rooted in hospitality

Qualifications

Significant leadership experience within upscale or fine dining restaurants
Proven success managing high-performing teams and delivering exceptional guest experiences
Strong understanding of restaurant financial performance and operational leadership
Experience working in chef-driven or award-winning restaurant environments preferred
Passion for hospitality, service excellence, and team development
