We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Landscaping Maintenance Division Manager to lead our maintenance operations across both commercial and residential properties. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on managing teams, ensuring high-quality service, and delivering exceptional client experiences. You will oversee crews, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure that properties look their absolute best year-round—including coordinating snow removal during the winter months.

What You’ll Do

Lead the landscaping maintenance division, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation
Train, mentor, and manage maintenance crews to ensure high-quality, safe, and efficient work
Develop and enforce standard operating procedures for mowing, pruning, fertilization, irrigation, and seasonal services
Manage division budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize operational efficiency
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure service quality and client satisfaction
Maintain strong client relationships, addressing concerns and providing proactive solutions
Plan and oversee seasonal projects and snow removal operations
Collaborate with sales, design, and operations teams to support growth and retention
Track and measure team performance using KPIs for productivity, quality, and client satisfaction

Qualifications

Proven experience managing landscape maintenance operations, including large teams and multiple properties
Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance practices, horticulture, irrigation, and seasonal care
Experience managing budgets, schedules, and operational efficiency
Excellent leadership, team management, and mentoring skills
Strong focus on client service and relationship management
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between properties
