A growing retail organization is seeking a creative and strategic Integrated Marketing Supervisor to lead campaign execution, manage creative teams, and drive both digital engagement and showroom traffic. This role blends marketing leadership with hands-on campaign management and requires a professional who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of creative direction, marketing analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to elevate brand performance and customer engagement.

Integrated Marketing Supervisor – Benefits & Compensation:

Integrated Marketing Supervisor – Responsibilities:

  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and retail traffic
  • Manage marketing projects from concept through final execution
  • Supervise designers, photographers, and marketing interns
  • Maintain brand standards and creative direction across campaigns
  • Manage the annual marketing calendar and campaign timelines
  • Collaborate with merchandising, sales, and leadership teams
  • Oversee digital marketing channels including website and paid digital advertising
  • Track and analyze marketing campaign performance
  • Conduct showroom visits to evaluate in-store marketing execution

Integrated Marketing Supervisor – Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Merchandising, or Business
  • 5+ years of marketing experience
  • 3+ years managing direct reports
  • Experience leading integrated marketing campaigns
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, CRM platforms, and project management software
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to balance creative vision with strategic marketing goals
