Qualifications

Property and Casualty insurance license
One (1) year of experience in customer service or administrative support
Possess a genuine willingness to learn
Be intuitive and resourceful
Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude
Be a great team player
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build rapport with clients
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound contacts in a courteous, timely, and professional manner
Provide service to existing clients related to updating policies, providing quotes, taking payments, answering questions, providing documentation
Answer customer calls and correspondence regarding new or existing insurance policies
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, comments, and actions taken in the agency management system
Secure all Trailing Documents from customers
Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues
