Project Manager, Meetings & Events (Remote)
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented leader to take our client events to the next level. Project Manager Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management of meetings and events, including timelines, logistics, and on-site execution
- Build strong client relationships; support sourcing, destination research, program design, and communications
- Negotiate and manage vendors, travel, transportation, venues, and program specifications
- Develop, track, reconcile, and report budgets, invoices, and post-event outcomes
Project Manager Qualifications
- CMP certification strongly preferred
- Minimum 5 years of corporate meetings/incentive planning and client management experience
- Experience sourcing vendors, negotiating contracts, and managing hospitality/travel operations preferred
- Fully remote role requiring ~40% domestic/international travel, including some weekends
- Must have a valid passport
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; comfort with event tech and project tools (e.g., Cvent, Slack, Monday.com)
