We are hiring a Level 3 Systems Engineer to join our growing MSP team in Roanoke, TX.

This role is ideal for someone with MSP experience who enjoys advanced troubleshooting, Microsoft 365 support, networking, and serving as an escalation point for a busy service desk. You will spend your first phase learning the support environment and client base, then transition into a more dedicated escalation role handling higher-level technical issues.

Level 3 Systems Engineer Requirements

  • MSP experience required
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Networking knowledge, especially DNS and common connectivity issues
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Windows environments
  • Strong communication and customer-facing skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced support environment

Level 3 Systems Engineer Nice to Have

  • Azure exposure
  • PowerShell
  • Microsoft certifications
  • Virtualization or security experience
