Growing, locally owned fast casual restaurant group known for quality and hospitality is seeking a Restaurant Manager to help lead daily operations in a high standards, craft driven environment.
This is a hands on leadership role. Managers work directly with the team during service and are actively involved in production, service execution, and guest experience.
Restaurant Manager Responsibilities
Lead daily restaurant operations and service execution
Coach and develop team members during shifts
Maintain food quality and service standards
Participate in kitchen production and service operations
Support scheduling, labor management, and shift leadership
Ensure a positive guest experience and strong team culture
Restaurant Manager Qualifications
Restaurant management or shift leadership experience
Comfort working in a fast paced, hands on restaurant environment
Strong leadership presence and positive personality
Ability to lead teams during busy service periods
Comfort working nights, weekends, and active shifts
Restaurant Manager Compensation & Benefits
Salary typically around $75,000 depending on experience
