Luxury boutique inn and fine dining restaurant in Middleburg, VA is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead front-of-house operations. This is a hands-on leadership role in an elevated dining environment with strong wine service standards and high guest expectations.
Restaurant Manager Responsibilities
Lead daily dining room operations with visible floor presence
Uphold fine dining service and hospitality standards
Coach and develop servers and bartenders in real time
Manage labor scheduling, service flow, and cost controls
Oversee wine service standards and guest experience
Handle guest recovery and performance management
Collaborate with Executive Chef and ownership
Restaurant Manager Qualifications
3+ years restaurant management experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality
Strong wine knowledge and formal service background
Proven experience managing labor and service standards
Experience with scheduling, inventory awareness, and cost control
Comfortable working weekends and peak service periods
Stable tenure in prior leadership roles
