Restaurant Assistant General Manager – Benefits and Compensation:

Restaurant Assistant Manager – Key Requirements & Responsibilities:

Minimum of 2 years Food & Beverage / Hospitality Management experience.
High school or GED required.
A passion for providing great service, food & drink with a guest-first mentality
Dedication to leading both front of house & back of house teams
Must be able to work weekends (Friday – Sunday)
Must have flexibility with working hours. Opening inventory: 6am – Closing Shifts
50 hours/week

Restaurant Assistant General Manager – Preferred Background & Skills:

Energetic and professional approach to his /her craft.
Must enjoy and be able to succeed in a fast-paced work environment.

Must be able to perform in a high volume restaurant.
