Regional Manager – Corporate Restaurants

Regional Manager Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in multi-unit restaurant management or regional management with a focus on driving sales and business growth
  • Strong background in leading teams to achieve sales targets and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Demonstrated financial acumen, including P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Strong understanding of the restaurant industry, market dynamics, and sales strategies

Regional Manager Preferred Background & Skills

  • Experience developing and executing local marketing or promotional campaigns
  • Ability to analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and implement improvements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-centric approach with a focus on guest satisfaction and retention

Regional Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenue and market share across assigned restaurant locations
  • Collaborate with general managers to set targets, analyze trends, and create actionable plans to exceed goals
  • Mentor and coach management teams on effective sales techniques and customer engagement
  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure consistency, efficiency, and delivery of exceptional guest experiences
  • Support each location’s local marketing efforts and promotional campaigns to drive foot traffic and customer loyalty
  • Monitor financial performance and provide guidance to improve profitability, including turnaround strategies for underperforming units
