Chef Operator

Chef Operator Requirements & Qualifications:

Strong culinary background with scratch-cooked experience
Proven ability to manage P&L, labor, and food costs
Systems-oriented leader who thrives with structure and checklists

Chef Operator Must-Haves:

Lead daily kitchen operations with hands-on involvement
Drive profitability through cost management and accurate forecasting
Implement and maintain operational systems and standards
Act as the face of the brand, engaging team and guests

Chef Operator Preferred Background & Skills:

Experience in fast-casual or high-volume scratch kitchen environments
Culinary education or certifications a plus
Track record of training and developing future leaders
Familiarity with seasonal menu planning and sourcing practices
