Are you a Surgical Scrub Tech who values precision, presence, and a calm operating environment?

We’re a small, holistic-focused corrective plastic surgery center in Austin seeking an experienced scrub technician to join our close-knit surgical team.

This is an opportunity to work in a 4-bed boutique surgery center where attention to detail, respectful teamwork, and patient-centered care are at the heart of everything we do.

What You’ll Do

Prepare and maintain a sterile operating environment for corrective and plastic surgery procedures
Anticipate surgeon needs and efficiently pass instruments, sutures, and supplies
Assist with patient positioning, prepping, and draping
Maintain accurate sponge, needle, and instrument counts
Support smooth room turnover while preserving a calm, organized workflow
Uphold infection control, safety, and regulatory standards
Contribute to a respectful, focused, and patient-first surgical culture

🌱 What We’re Looking For

Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program
CST certification preferred (or eligibility to obtain)
Experience in plastic surgery, cosmetic surgery, or ambulatory surgery strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of sterile technique and OR procedures
Detail-oriented, reliable, and grounded in high professional standards
A team-focused mindset with excellent communication skills

💫 What We Offer

$40–$45/hour, based on experience
30–40 hour work week with consistent weekday hours
