Dionne joined the team at Goodwin Recruiting as a Recruiting Partner, bringing more than 15 years of leadership experience directing complex, high-volume retail and multi-unit operations. Throughout her career, she has focused on people, performance, and talent development.
Before joining Goodwin, Dionne managed multimillion-dollar retail operations at major aviation hubs, including Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport. Her extensive portfolio included overseeing up to 15 diverse locations spanning travel essentials, luxury retail, specialty apparel, electronics, and consumer goods—each with distinct business models and brand standards. Navigating these fast-paced environments required Dionne to seamlessly balance financial performance, stakeholder partnerships, and operational execution. She has earned a reputation for leading through complexity, building strong relationships across all organizational levels, and fostering environments where both individuals and businesses thrive.

Dionne earned a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Phoenix and remains committed to continuous personal and professional growth.
