Our client, a growing and community-focused fast-food franchise group, is seeking an energetic and people-driven General Manager to lead a new restaurant opening in Lincoln, Nebraska. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, drive-thru environment and enjoys developing teams, delivering great guest experiences, and driving results.

• $55,000–$60,000 base salary
• Quarterly bonus program (8k earning potential)

What You'll Do

• Lead all day-to-day restaurant operations
• Recruit, train, develop, and motivate team members
• Drive guest satisfaction and operational excellence
• Manage labor, food costs, and profitability
• Ensure company standards, policies, and procedures are consistently followed
• Create a positive, energetic, and results-oriented culture

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of recent Fast Food General Manager experience
• Strong drive-thru operations experience required
• Proven leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
• Stable work history with demonstrated career progression
• New restaurant opening experience preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
