A fast-growing California-based plaintiff litigation practice is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to handle Elder Abuse and Personal Injury matters. This role is ideal for a driven litigator who wants hands-on trial experience, a strong support system, and the opportunity to grow their professional profile while advocating for injured clients.

Personal Injury Attorney Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of elder abuse and personal injury matters from intake through resolution
• Represent clients in court appearances, including hearings, trials, arbitrations, and mediations
• Take and defend depositions and conduct discovery
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents, including trial and mediation briefs
• Develop case strategies and ensure compliance with litigation deadlines
• Collaborate with legal staff and contribute to a team-oriented environment

Personal Injury Attorney Requirements:

• Active membership in the California State Bar
• Minimum 5 years of litigation experience, with a strong background in elder abuse cases
• Proven ability to manage cases independently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to travel throughout California for court appearances and depositions
