Control Systems Engineer

This is a hands-on role for an Electrical Engineer who enjoys owning projects from design through execution. You’ll design UL-compliant control panels, program PLC/HMI systems, and support testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement across engineering and manufacturing.

You’ll work closely with production and field teams to ensure high-performance, reliable systems while driving efficiency and quality. Ideal for someone with strong industrial controls experience who wants to make a direct, visible impact.

Control Systems Engineer Qualifications Desired

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred)
  • OR 3+ years of relevant experience in control systems / panel design
  • Experience designing industrial control panels
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (Electrical preferred) or SolidWorks
  • Hands-on experience with PLC programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, DirectSoft)
  • Experience with HMI development (PanelView, C-more, Pro Designer)
  • Familiarity with UL standards and ISO9001 environments preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
