Market Leader Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operations of a field service business with multiple crew members
Own full P&L performance: revenue, cost control, and profitability
Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and service recovery
Be present in the field, meeting customers and supporting your team regularly
Lead, coach, and develop team members across roles and locations
Partner on sales efforts and help grow the market
Solve problems across operations, billing, customer issues, and staffing
Build a strong, positive, high-performance culture

Market Leader Requirements

Experience leading teams in a service, retail, or field-based environment
Background managing multiple locations, crews, or a mobile workforce
Proven ability to handle customer issues in person and de-escalate situations
Exposure to sales, revenue growth, or account management
Strong business acumen with experience owning or influencing a P&L
High energy, positive attitude, and a willingness to be in the field daily
Comfortable speaking in technical terms and working alongside technical teams
A natural problem solver who takes ownership and gets things done
