Ben is an experienced recruiting professional with 15 years of specialization in the construction, fire protection, and engineering sectors. With a strong foundation rooted in homebuilding, he brings a practical, industry-first perspective to talent acquisition — understanding both the technical demands of the work and the people who drive it.

Throughout his career, Ben has focused on connecting high-performing professionals with organizations across commercial construction, fire protection systems, and engineering disciplines. His work includes recruiting for roles ranging from design and project management to senior-level engineering leadership, particularly within fire protection and MEP environments.

Known for his consultative approach, Ben partners closely with clients to understand their operational goals while helping candidates navigate meaningful career opportunities. His blend of field knowledge and recruiting expertise allows him to bridge the gap between technical requirements and long-term hiring success.

Outside of work, Ben enjoys staying active and competitive through a variety of sports, including a bowling league where he is still chasing a perfect 300 game (with a high of 298 last year) and frequent disc golf leagues and tournaments, as Charlotte is widely known as a disc golf mecca. Originally born and raised in Southern California, he relocated to North Carolina a little over four years ago. Ben has worked in recruiting for more than 10 years, specializing in fire protection. In his free time, he also enjoys smoking food weekly on his Traeger and baking sourdough about once a week.
