Compensation & Benefits:

  • $90,000 to $95,000 Base Salary with 10% Performance Bonus

Your Role:

  • Ensure consistency and excellence across all fine dining menu items
  • Lead and mentor kitchen teams to execute flawless service with precision and elegance
  • Innovate: Create and refine recipes to elevate the menu
  • Manage labor and food costs to meet operational goals
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and immaculate kitchen environment
  • Inspire your team while reinforcing our fine dining standards and core values
  • Collaborate closely with owners and staff to share ideas and feedback

You Bring:

  • Expertise in fine dining culinary techniques and knife skills
  • Strong organizational skills and talent for mentoring and developing staff
  • Sophistication and creativity in food presentation and flavor profiles
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-standard kitchen environment
