Compensation & Benefits:

$90,000 to $95,000 Base Salary with 10% Performance Bonus

Your Role:

Ensure consistency and excellence across all fine dining menu items
Lead and mentor kitchen teams to execute flawless service with precision and elegance
Innovate: Create and refine recipes to elevate the menu
Manage labor and food costs to meet operational goals
Maintain a safe, organized, and immaculate kitchen environment
Inspire your team while reinforcing our fine dining standards and core values
Collaborate closely with owners and staff to share ideas and feedback

You Bring:

Expertise in fine dining culinary techniques and knife skills
Strong organizational skills and talent for mentoring and developing staff
Sophistication and creativity in food presentation and flavor profiles
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-standard kitchen environment
