We are seeking a fashion-forward Store Manager to lead daily store operations, inspire a high-performing sales team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role is ideal for a retail leader with contemporary or luxury fashion experience who excels at merchandising, community engagement, and driving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead all aspects of store operations, sales performance, and team development
Deliver outstanding customer service and brand education to build loyalty and repeat business
Drive revenue by tracking KPIs such as sales, conversion, and average transaction value
Oversee visual merchandising, window displays, and seasonal product presentation
Recruit, train, coach, and schedule store associates for optimal performance
Plan and promote in-store events and community partnerships to increase store traffic
Support social media marketing and digital brand storytelling initiatives
Manage inventory, shipments, stock organization, and cash handling procedures
Maintain store cleanliness, safety standards, and company policy compliance

Qualifications

5–10 years of retail management experience (contemporary or luxury preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, and customer relationship-building skills
Experience with visual merchandising, sales analysis, and KPI reporting
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Proficiency with POS systems, scheduling tools, and basic computer programs

Preferred Experience

Community outreach or event planning
Social media content creation and marketing support
Team training, coaching, and sales forecasting
