General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Take a leading role in Sales and Revenue Management
  • Be hands-on and willing to step in where-ever and whenever needed
  • Strive to be the market leader in Rate and Occupancy
  • Hire, Train, and Maintain a Hotel team that delivers impeccable service 
  • Constantly strive for the top position in Guest Service Index ratings
  • Handle all administrative duties as required

General Manager Qualifications:

  • 5 years of previous experience in Hotel Management, at branded properties.
  • Significant Experience as a supervisor or manager
  • Familiarity with CRM and PMS platforms
  • P&L analysis skills, budget production, forecasts etc.
  • Strong leadership qualities
