Kitchen Manager

$75–90K + Bonus | Comprehensive Benefits

A growing, multi-unit QSR business is seeking a hands-on Kitchen Manager to lead back-of-house operations, team performance, and compliance at the unit level. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

Oversee all BOH operations including receiving, prep, production, line, dish, catering, and dispatch
Lead hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and daily team management
Drive performance through coaching, feedback, and accountability
Maintain food quality, consistency, and operational standards
Manage inventory, ordering, and labor to achieve KPIs and cost targets
Ensure compliance with DOH, labor laws, and safety standards

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of restaurant management experience (QSR or full-service)
Strong understanding of COGs, labor management, and inventory control
Proven ability to lead BOH teams in high-volume environments
Bilingual Spanish/English required
Tech-savvy with Excel, Word, and restaurant systems
