Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, quality, and operational excellence
  • Oversee daily operations, staffing, and labor management to drive profitability
  • Conduct line checks and ensure strict food and beverage quality control
  • Build strong guest relationships and resolve concerns professionally
  • Uphold company values, policies, and training standards

Qualifications

  • Proven restaurant management experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
  • Tech-savvy (Toast, Ctuit, PlateIQ, Cogswell, 7shifts, Google Suite)
