General Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- 3 years of leadership experience in a restaurant or cafe environment, including hiring and training responsibilities
- Charismatic, passionate, and enthusiastic personality
- Proficiency in hospitality technology platforms, including scheduling, inventory management and POS
- Financial acumen, ability to effectively manage costs, build sales, and grow profits
General Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience working with coffee and coffee beverages
- Skilled in interviewing, hiring, and training
