We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Area Director to grow with us in Tennessee. This Restaurant Area Director position is a good fit for you if you have a passion for serving people and can speak to your experience of developing great teams. Restaurant Area Director Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Multi-Unit Manager for Casual or Fast Casual Restaurants overseeing 3 to 5 $2MM+ locations
  • Proven background of building sales and developing restaurant leaders
  • Experience with opening new restaurants from start to finish
  • 3+ years of tenure in previous restaurant leadership positions
  • Hands On Leadership style
  • Ability to travel up to 60% of the time
