Regional Manager Responsibilities:

Travel frequently to assigned locations to provide visibility and determine areas of business needing improvement.
Staff, coach and develop General Managers and their teams.
Implement initiatives to increase sales and profitability and deliver results
Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through exceptional service and food.
Role model the highest standards.

Regional Manager Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in a multi unit leadership role with a full service concept
Demonstrated success overseeing a minimum of 8 locations and developing talent internally
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Marketing strongly preferred
Strong background with performance management, financial acumen and problem solving
Results-driven leadership style with a focus on hospitality excellence

Regional Manager Compensation & Benefits:

A base salary of $100-$115K per year
Strong bonus program based on sales and profitability growth
