Restaurant General Manager Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years working in an upscale or fine dining environment with a scratch kitchen
Experience executing annual sales volumes of $8M or above
Dedication to the development of the team
Attention to detail
A humble but, confident leadership technique
Experience with schedule writing
