A fast-growing, high-volume casual dining concept in NYC is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead one of its flagship locations. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic, growth-focused hospitality group that values strong leadership, operational excellence, and financial discipline.

We are looking for a proven NYC operator who thrives in a busy environment, knows how to drive results, and is excited to grow with an expanding company.

What You’ll Do

Lead and inspire a high-performing front and back-of-house team
Drive sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction in a high-volume environment
Maintain full ownership of the restaurant P&L
Manage labor budgets, cost of goods, and operational expenses
Ensure operational excellence, cleanliness, and compliance standards
Build strong team culture through coaching, development, and accountability
Partner with ownership on growth initiatives and strategic planning

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-volume NYC casual dining concept
Strong financial acumen with deep understanding of P&L management, labor controls, and COGS
Experience leading large teams in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional communication and leadership skills
Hands-on operator who leads from the floor
Passion for hospitality and desire to grow with an expanding brand
Ability to work approximately 50 hours per week

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $90,000 – $100,000
Performance-based bonus structure
