An independent insurance agency is hiring a Personal Lines Inside Sales & Account Manager to manage personal lines business from first call through bind, with exposure to higher-value homes and package policies.

This role blends sales and servicing and is well-suited for someone who enjoys consultative conversations and building strong personal lines accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle personal lines leads from inquiry to bind
  • Sell and service package policies (home, auto, umbrella)
  • Work with internal support on quoting
  • Comfortable supporting affluent clients (homes ranging from ~$400K to $6M+)
  • Support ongoing servicing and retention

Ideal Background

  • Must have active P&C license
  • Personal lines experience in an independent agency
  • Comfortable working with high-value homes
  • Confident explaining coverage and recommendations
  • Detail-oriented and client-focused
  • NY experience preferred; open to local or remote candidates
