We are seeking a dynamic Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager to oversee our in house dining and catering operations. This role requires a strategic leader with experience in mixology, vendor relationships, inventory management, and cost control. The ideal candidate will bring creativity and structure to our evolving menu while ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

F&B Manager Benefits/Compensation:

Salary: $55000 – $65000
Healthcare: Medical, dental, and vision coverage (individual and family plans available)
45 hour work week and no early mornings or late nights.
Paid Time Off
Complimentary meals during shifts and use of venue while off duty

F&B Manager Requirements/Responsibilities:

Minimum 2 years of management experience, plus 5 years in the industry (bartending, server, etc.)
Strong background in food and beverage operations, inventory control, and vendor relations
Demonstrated experience in overseeing multiple outlets
Ability to monitor cost control and purchasing strategies
Must be able to manage a team of 30-40 staff members
