 Restaurant General Manager – We are interviewing!

We love our community and are prideful to be serving our fresh, seasonal made from scratch fare! We are looking for a General Manager that is self-driven and goal-oriented to manage the business and direct the team to be the best!!

Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Oversee guest services and create excellent customer service experiences 
  • Mentor, develop, and discipline direct reports
  • Fiscal accountability
  • Work within budgets
  • Maintain cleanliness standards
  • Ensure morale is positive
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations

Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:

  • 3 years General Manager experience
  • Strong leadership qualities and the ability to mentor team members
  • Likes to encourage and reward excellent behaviors and role model the standards expected from their team
  • Previous experience in full-service restaurants with scratch kitchens
  • Experience managing a full-service bar
  • Managed sales in the 4 million range
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and communication skills

Restaurant General Manager Compensation:

  • Achievable Bonus
