Restaurant General Manager – We are interviewing!

We love our community and are prideful to be serving our fresh, seasonal made from scratch fare! We are looking for a General Manager that is self-driven and goal-oriented to manage the business and direct the team to be the best!!

Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

Oversee guest services and create excellent customer service experiences
Mentor, develop, and discipline direct reports
Fiscal accountability
Work within budgets
Maintain cleanliness standards
Ensure morale is positive
Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations

Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:

3 years General Manager experience
Strong leadership qualities and the ability to mentor team members
Likes to encourage and reward excellent behaviors and role model the standards expected from their team
Previous experience in full-service restaurants with scratch kitchens
Experience managing a full-service bar
Managed sales in the 4 million range
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and communication skills

Restaurant General Manager Compensation:
