Restaurant Assistant Manager Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all Front of House
- Oversee guest services and resolve issues
- Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
- Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
Restaurant Assistant Manager Qualifications:
- Strong kitchen and leadership skills is preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- No more than two jobs in 5 years
- Strong attention to detail
