Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:

Oversee Daily BOH operations
Coach and develop team members
Maintain staffing levels
Maintains weekly inventories and schedules

Kitchen Manager Requirements:

Open minded, Hands-on Leadership Skills
3+ years kitchen management experience
2+ years casual dining experience (in a leadership form)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Kitchen Manager Preferred Requirements:

Scratch Kitchen Experience
Full Service Experience
