A premier fine-dining restaurant is hiring a Chef for its upscale concept. You must thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and uphold the stellar service standards of the restaurant's brand and reputation.
Chef Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all BOH activities
- Oversee guest services and resolve issues
- Food safety
- Ordering, inventory, and budgeting
- Train and manage personnel
- Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
Chef Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service or other related fields
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
